Tim’s 40th


Lovely afternoon spent at Tim’s 40th birthday – seen above wondering what kind of gadget I’m using to take the picture (my pda). Played my first game of battleships in a couple of decades (boy is it methodical), sat on a rowing exercise machine thingy for the first time ever, played with the kids and had some delicious food. All of this in the rowing club bar on Springfield marshes usually open only to members of the club, which has a lovely view over the canal from the first floor:
